There are a lot of bodybuilding programs out there already but it seems that there is always room for one more. Or at least that is what the authors like to believe. A look at any new program has to start with a hard look at the author. For the "The Beginner's Guide to Fitness And Bodybuilding" that is Marc David. The Begginers Guide

When I started to review this course, I've got to tell you, it got confusing fast! There are dozens of bodybuilding and fitness books and courses on the market and many of them have similar names. I mean, really, how many different ways can you say bodybuilding, muscle building or fitness? When an author refers to his/her own program by different names it makes it more confusing than it really needs to be. Marc David has great credentials but I am not sure that this is enough to publish a full fledged course.

The following is his bio as published on eZinearticles.com:

"Marc David is an innovative fitness enthusiast and author of "The Beginner's Guide to Fitness And Bodybuilding." Once a self-confessed skinny, "135-pound weakling," today Marc is a 200 pound bodybuilder who teaches thousands of people to gain weight, build muscle and reduce body fat with a workout and nutrition system so simple that even a complete beginner can understand it! To find out more about Marc and The Beginner's Guide To Bodybuilding And Fitness, where you can also download Marc's Free report, "The Top 12 Beginner's Mistakes Revealed" take a look at his profile."

See, he is currently marketing his course using the website www.beginning-bodybuilding.com/. On his site he refers to it as "Natural Bodybuilding Programs".Beginners Guide To Bodybuilding Video

My difficulty does not stop with the names though. I have to really ask myself "Why a beginner's guide?". Any Google search will turn up many good free programs and email courses to get you going in bodybuilding and muscle building. If you want to spend money and buy a course together with all of the bonuses you get, I recommend buying a complete course. Two top rated ones come easily to mind: The Musclehead and Muscle Gain Truth along with others you can find on this site.

Marc David really is a good author and has published many, many on point articles on eZinearticles.com that cover a wide range of bodybuilding and fitness subjects. I just do not see the need for this particular publication.
The video overview shows the course in the best light possible. Click on it above and if you want to give it a try, please do. But be prepared to buy another course shortly after you buy "The Beginner's Guide to Fitness And Bodybuilding".
