Muscle Pumps: Video vs The Myth

Everyone wants to feel “pumped”. We get “pumped”. Sales of Nox are climbing. We do workout routines specifically designed to develop a “pump”.

But does a “pump” really help give us the results we want or does it just give us a good feeling and fool us into thinking we’re gaining muscle?
