The title of this program was enough by itself to make me want to review Vince DelMonte's No-Nonsense Muscle Building. With a sub-title of Skinny Guy Secrets To Insane Muscle Gain, I was hooked. With all of the books, courses and web sites shoveling out a bunch of nonsense on how to gain muscle quickly with useless supplements, I just had to take a closer look at this.
I was not disappointed.
