When I was asked to review EveryMuscle, I was initially surprised because it was totally new to me. How can someone who reviews these programs miss one? Well, the simple answer is that there are just too many out there and most of them are just not worth the time it takes to do a good thorough review.
EveryMuscle is not in that class at all. After getting into it, all I can say is “Wow, I wish I would have had something like this ages ago”. Like, before years of useless routines.

There are a couple of items that are not included that some people might have wanted. One is a computerized progress tracker and the other is computer generated nutrition and meal planning.
