Shawn Lebrun brought this book out quite awhile ago. In the 7 plus years since it was introduced it really hasn’t changed. And why should it? Simple Steps To Get Huge And Shredded has been bought and used by thousands to lose fat and gain muscle.

If you are looking for a full bodybuilding system, this is not it. It is simply an ebook and a few bonus reports without the extra bells and whistles that go into making up a top notch program. You don’t get any tracking software, any audio, or any video. No that these types of extras are a must, but they are a nice touch and help keep you on track towards your goals.

The information in Simple Steps is solid. There’s no doubt about that. Once you’ve read a few of these books, you see the same solid principles popping up all over the place. And many of the bodybuilding books and programs available today owe much of their content to Shaun LeBrun. He was way ahead of the crowd in getting this information out.

Simple Steps includes muscle building and fat loss techniques that Shawn used himself to go from an over weight policemen to a top bodybuilding competitor in a few short weeks. The book focuses on these tips and thats about it.

While overall it is a quality book, it would be helpful to have more in-depth information on certain subjects. I guess in this day and age, we become spoiled. The more choices we have, the more we want. That’s natural, and I would just like a more complete program. You can buy additional special reports that Shaun ties into Simple Steps but it still comes up a little short compared to other programs available.

All in all it is useful book for beginners and still a worthwhile read if you enjoy reading all types of bodybuilding books. If this is what you’re looking for, you can’t go wrong with Shawn Lebrun’s ebook How to Get Huge and Shredded. If you’re after a total muscle building system, I recommend you consider some others that are reviewed here.

Overall, I feel you get quality information, it is just short on how much and what type of information you get.
