I've added 9 lbs of muscle while keeping a single digit fat %. When I started your program, I was out of shape from sitting in my dorm all year eating pizza and ramen noodles. I was confused following so many useless bodybuilding routines that all the 'experts' at my school gym said I had to follow. I just turned 61 and as far as I'm concerned, age is just a number. I act young, I feel young, I think young, so there shouldn't be any reason for me not to LOOK a little younger (especially since everything else is in excellent working order also ;-). I know I can build muscle but I had too much fat to be able to see it, so I concentrated more on losing fat during this period than building muscle. The Combat The Fat program is the only program I have ever used that actually helped me to do that! I believe I have made some decent progress so far because I went to the beach a few weeks ago and I actually noticed some of the females scoping me out. Geeeez!!!!
